These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on the site Maison Liraa (maisonliraa.com), operated in France.

The products offered are clothing and accessories described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. The photographs have no contractual value.

3. Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC).
Maison Liraa reserves the right to change its prices at any time, with no impact on orders already confirmed. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the CGI (General Tax Code).

4. Ordering

Any confirmed order implies acceptance of these T&Cs.
The customer receives a confirmation email after payment.

5. Payment

Payments are secured via the providers offered on the site (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.).

6. Delivery

Deliveries are carried out via partner carriers (notably Mondial Relay and Colissimo).

Average timelines:

• Processing: 24 to 72 business hours
• Delivery: 2 to 5 business days depending on the carrier

Maison Liraa cannot be held responsible for delays linked to carriers.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted only if:

• the product has not been worn
• the product has not been washed
• all labels are present
• the product is returned in its original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an error was made on our part.

After receipt and inspection, the refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days.

9. Liability

Maison Liraa cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the products.

10. Personal data

Personal data is used solely for order processing and customer relations.
In accordance with the GDPR, the customer may request the modification or deletion of their data.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions:

• item not worn
• item not washed
• labels intact
• original packaging kept

Returns must be sent to the address provided by customer service.

👉 No refund will be issued if the conditions are not met.

🚚 3. DELIVERY POLICY

Orders are shipped within 24 to 72 business hours.

Carriers:

• Mondial Relay (pickup point/locker)
• Mondial Relay (home)
• Colissimo home delivery

Delivery times:

• France: 2 to 5 business days

A tracking number is sent by email upon shipment.
